- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable insights and disruption forecasts
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact and adoption readiness
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in emerging tech adoption curves and societal impact modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation management, or technology ethics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Track record of leading cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
