Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-ready business strategies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Forbes/MIT Technology Review
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for 50+ enterprise clients
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with 15-person cross-disciplinary team
- Present at Davos-level conferences on future of work and human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, nanotech)
- Proven track record of advising Fortune 100 C-suite executives
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
