Your Mission:
Drive the development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring our organization is prepared for the next wave of technological disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the strategic vision for the company, specifically focusing on the opportunities and challenges anticipated by 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global macroeconomic trends, emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, BioTech), and sociocultural shifts to identify potential disruptions.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate strategic foresight into actionable R&D initiatives and product features.
- Scenario Planning: Develop and stress-test multiple future scenarios to ensure organizational resilience against uncertainty.
- Executive Advisory: Provide high-level strategic counsel to the C-Suite and Board of Directors regarding long-term growth and investment opportunities.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to anticipate market moves and maintain a first-mover advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about long-term trends and translate them into concrete business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to non-technical executives.
