Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes in cryogenic environments
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate quantum accelerators into hybrid computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)

- Proficiency with low-temperature measurement techniques and quantum control systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
