Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports on technological and societal trends through 2026
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and disruption mapping
- Establish global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Represent company at global forums on future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience translating complex futures into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
