As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, society, and markets. Your insights will directly influence our R&D priorities, investment strategies, and market positioning in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP, AC/FCF)
