Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to shape 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruption and opportunity
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and white papers
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
