As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and policy experts to create roadmaps for breakthrough technologies. You'll present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of emerging opportunities while mitigating risks in an evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to investors, partners, and internal leadership teams
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts affecting long-term planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in horizon scanning or scenario planning preferred
