Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership positioning InnovateX as the 2026 innovation authority
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for emerging tech R&D
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global foresight network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (3+ major product launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation mastery
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/future journals
- Fluency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trend Hunter, Gartner)
