Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios through 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database
- Advise R&D teams on next-generation product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated experience translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong network with futurist and innovation communities
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
