Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their industry impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future business models
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Strong data analysis capabilities with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Demonstrated success in translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
