Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market trends using AI-driven scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports for C-suite executives and investors
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design resilience frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive forces
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the company's knowledge base on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and sociotechnological interdependencies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
