Responsibilities
- Develop and publish biannual trend reports forecasting technological, societal, and economic shifts through 2026
- Design scenario-plaking frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruption
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging challenges
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive summits
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps
- Maintain a proprietary database of emerging technologies and disruptors
- Quantify market readiness for paradigm-shifting innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption patterns
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR from ACIF)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
