Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies, societal trends, and disruptive forces
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight models to forecast market conditions through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate innovative solutions and future scenarios
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps and development cycles

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategies
- Expertise in data analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
