Responsibilities
- Anticipate global megatrends across AI, biotech, climate, and digital economies through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
