- Lead scenario-planning workshops for high-impact industries (AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Produce trend reports and innovation briefs for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive strategy methodologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future economies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on disruptive technology adoption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
