- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for 2026 product roadmap
- Direct cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and product strategists
- Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget and manage vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track performance against 2026 milestones
- Foster culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years directing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercially successful tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) and future market analysis
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen with $1M+ budget management
- MS/MBA from top-tier institution or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Ability to secure patents and intellectual property for novel concepts
