Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Develop competitive advantage roadmaps leveraging exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen capabilities
- Create thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record developing and implementing future scenario planning frameworks
