Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports with data-driven forecasting models
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional research teams using advanced analytics and simulation tools
- Build proprietary trend-detection algorithms using NLP and predictive modeling
- Present findings to C-suite audiences through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong command of quantitative analysis tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across diverse industries
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., ACSP, APF) preferred
