Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Oversee innovation pipelines for sustainable solutions in climate resilience and circular economies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
