Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions through 2026 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D teams to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership on 2026+ predictions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Systems Dynamics)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology-driven transformation initiatives
