- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) on future trajectories
- Monitor horizon-scanning ecosystems (startups, academic research, policy shifts)
- Translate foresight into product innovation and business model opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF preferred)
