Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly trend reports on AI, biotechnology, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Design organizational adaptation strategies for quantum computing adoption and workforce transformation
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services targeting 2026 markets
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futurist methodologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Experience building future-proof organizational cultures and talent pipelines
