Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps with actionable milestones for executive decision-making
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market paradigm shifts
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical rigor
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend mapping, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
