- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, social trends, and market disruptions with global impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Champion a culture of future-readiness through internal education and strategic foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario development
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
