Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops on AI, biotech, and climate adaptation futures
- Produce trend intelligence reports with 5-year predictive modeling
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate moonshot ventures
- Present future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies and analytical tools
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business plans
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Loops, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
