Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for emerging opportunities and risks in 2026 and beyond
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-oriented innovations into roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed future-thinking into daily operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects or published research
