Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovations with future societal needs
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption and ethical implications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and ethical AI
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for 2026 pilot projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Ability to translate complex scenarios into executable strategies
