Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Quantify future scenarios using predictive modeling and simulation frameworks
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners and innovation labs
- Translate strategic foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author annual Future State reports and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, predictive analytics, and trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
