Responsibilities
- Architect and publish the annual 2026 Technology Horizon Report with actionable forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech impacts on business verticals
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-AI convergence by 2026
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present futures insights to board members and external stakeholders
- Oversee the Horizon Innovation Lab's research portfolio
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research leadership
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive technology forecasts
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading high-impact cross-continental research initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from futurists.org)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major industry transformation projects
