Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or tech unicorns
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in strategic planning software (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
