Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap across technology, market expansion, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive opportunities and mitigating future risks
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological and societal shifts impacting our industry
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders, investors, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences and industry conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
