Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for emerging markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead innovation workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets across departments
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for strategic acquisitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major tech publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back scenario planning projects
