Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year strategic roadmaps for Project 2026, incorporating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Translate future scenarios into product requirements and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or metaverse technologies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation methodologies (e.g., CFSD)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
