Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, social shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-powered analytics
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, white papers)
- Experience with AI/ML applications in trend forecasting
