Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026+ solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Author thought leadership for industry conferences and policy white papers
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academia and research institutions
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and simulation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on disruptive technology ethics or societal impact
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication for C-suite and public speaking engagements
