Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation roadmaps for 2026 readiness
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future business paradigms
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI-driven trend prediction tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills with data visualization proficiency
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
