- Establish proprietary foresight frameworks quantifying long-term risk/opportunity landscapes
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology forecasting
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight frameworks adopted by enterprise clients
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching) and AI platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- PhD or Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
