Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven 5+ year horizon impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, Web3, quantum, and synthetic biology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Prior success in developing and implementing future-focused business models
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
