- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise sectors
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions using agile methodologies
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
- Mentor junior researchers in futures thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 5+ experimental systems annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong programming skills (Python/JavaScript) for prototyping simulations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum AI, biotech convergence, spatial computing
