Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and market shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and maintain a 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster ideation and prototype next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and guide responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven innovation track record
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional foresight methodology skills (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
