Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify paradigm-shifting innovations and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into customer-centric solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-technology symbiosis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate R&D with proven 5-year forecasting success
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (biotech, AI, quantum, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at global technology conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology adoption initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced training
