Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Oversee the implementation of 'Future Labs' - prototyping environments for 2026 solutions
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
