As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3. You'll develop scenario-based roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, and position our organization as a pioneer in the 2026 technological ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI ethics, quantum adoption, and decentralized systems
- Design and execute scenario-planning initiatives for technology disruption in key industries
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trajectories and their societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or technology strategy implementations
