Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design blueprints for next-gen AI systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Author white papers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Coordinate with UN Technology Innovation Labs on global sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse architecture, and decentralized systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on futuristic technology applications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA, NASA, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized futuristic technologies
