- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the technical architecture that supports scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future market demands.
- Innovation Leadership: Cultivate a culture of innovation across the engineering department, fostering research and development initiatives that push the boundaries of current technology.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies for stakeholders, investors, and product teams.
- Resource Optimization: Manage the technology budget and resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI on long-term tech investments.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technological disruptions and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP-level strategic role.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing complex transformation strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026, including AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and cybersecurity.
