Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and security across all layers.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-gen AI deployment targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Ethics, Product) to integrate quantum computing solutions into existing stacks.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Oversee the transition of R&D prototypes into production-ready systems by Q4 2025.
- Conduct high-level technical presentations to stakeholders and investors regarding future capabilities.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and delivering complex systems.
- Expert knowledge in Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
