Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to predict their impact on our business by 2026.
- Roadmap Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Lead a dedicated R&D team in proof-of-concept development and prototyping of future products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future trends into clear, actionable insights for the C-Suite and board members.
- Partnership Management: Identify and partner with universities, research institutions, and tech startups to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-tier talent in specialized, emerging fields to build our future workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing emerging technologies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to investors.
