Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations and departmental workflows
- Develop and implement strategic healthcare policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5+ years of hospital management experience
- Current Florida healthcare administrator license
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Proven budget management and financial reporting skills
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Certification in Healthcare Management (CHC) preferred
