Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and sort goods into designated storage areas.
- Inspect inventory for damages and ensure accurate stock counts using inventory management software.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Pack and label products securely for shipping to ensure safe transit to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist with quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
